Question:

We have exported our products to MYOB,  the integration tool is now blank and I cannot see anything in MYOB Classic.


Answer:

1.  Open Myob and take note of the MYOB File and location you are opening,  close MYOB down.

2. Open the integration tool,   go to the configuration screen (top left hand side button)

3.  Check the MYOB file settings are the same as 1.



Change the file details if needed.  You will need to delete the previously exported batch in Connectwise and re-run the export.
