Errror being returned by Connectwise API


Error message: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904):

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__#AD16F7C__D9106FE4E3AB2D4D'.

Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@recIdList'.

The duplicate key value is (15347-SO023327). 


Solution


The issue is happening as we are trying to insert a duplicate into a column and it can be fixed by changing the packing slip information of a product in a purchase order

Go to procurement > purchase orders > 'PO59359' > Products > the last product '21LU340C' > the packing slip needs to be changed to a different one and this issue will be fixed.
